HOW DO I LOVE MY BODY..........

We go through each day eating three to five meals a day, not realizing that eating is one of the two common things we used to do everyday of our lives. Doing for the sake of my body, I minimize eating preservatives.I even prefer to eat the products from farms rather than restored foods in some grocery malls.We kept also avoiding chemical drinks like softdrinks, iced tea, orange and other flavored drinks.We rather to have fresh fruits and vegetables on our table to be eaten fresh.We buy our vegetables fresh instead of canned. Now, we get out of the habit of making fruit salads from canned. I think there are more vitamines and enzymes from fresh apple, mangoes, bananas, and papayas.You can with these fruits to make your own salad.We kept on skipping also the processed whipped creams. You can do it without extra fats and in this fact I could say that minimizing chemicals is the first step tom syop poisoning your body.
We also know that breathing or instead inhaling dirty air could make our lungs weak or instead inhaling cigarette smoke. Living with the dirty pollution we know can't either make a help in our body and certainly our respiratory system.These things can cause coughs, colds, bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma or even allergies.
Then, what are you waiting for start a new year by keeping you from eating restored foods and instead eat now some very delicious foods.
